Grant Applications 2020

Grant application forms and guidelines for funding in 2020 are now available for downloading. The deadline for the England, Scotland and Wales submissions has been extended due to these extreme circumstances and is now Friday 1 May 2020, but the submissions for Northern Ireland have been postponed to February 2021.


England, Scotland and Wales
Irish Youth Foundation (UK) grants for organisations in England, Scotland and Wales fall into two categories:

  • Small Grants for grants of £2,500 or less
  •  Standard Grant for grants over £2,500 and up to £10,000

The Small and Standard grant forms are self-explanatory and should be completed using the guidelines provided. Please download the guidelines and the relevant forms using the links below (will download as Word documents).

Northern Ireland
Projects based in Northern Ireland should use the Northern Ireland Grant Application form. Applications can be made up to £10,000, however grants awarded are usually in the region of £5,000. NOTE: submissions for Northern Ireland have been postponed to 2021.
