Grant application forms and guidelines for funding in 2024 are now available.
Please note that the deadline for submissions is Monday 8 July 2024.
Grant Information
Irish Youth Foundation (UK)’s funding period for all grants is one year.
We do not support the following;
Individuals (except for university students applying under the Lawlor Education programme for Irish undergraduates)
Capital bids
Overseas travel
Multiple applications from a single organisation
Projects for over 30s
General appeals, large/national charities
Academic research
Alleviating deficits already incurred
Replacing loss of statutory funding

Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
Irish Youth Foundation (UK) grants for organisations in England, Scotland and Wales fall into two categories:
1. Small Grants for grants of £2,500 or less.
2. Standard Grant for grants over £2,500 and up to £10,000.
Northern Ireland
Projects based in Northern Ireland should use the Northern Ireland Grant Application form.
Applications can be made up to £10,000 however grants awarded are usually in the region of £5,000.
