Cookalong with Richard Corrigan and Dara Ó Briain
On Monday 30 November, Chef Richard Corrigan and comedian Dara Ó Briain, will host a virtual cookalong joined by a number of Irish celebrity guests. The likes of Ronan Keating, Laura Whitmore, Adrian Dunbar who plays Superintendent Ted Hastings in BBC’s ‘Line of Duty’, Jimmy Nesbitt, Ed Byrne and co-star of the sitcom, ‘Derry Girls’, Saoirse-Monica Jackson will all feature in the 90 minute event which is being kindly supported by ABP Food Group and Jameson Irish Whiskey.
The cookalong will take the place of the charity’s annual fundraiser which has been cancelled due to the pandemic. The event aims to increase awareness and raise vital funds for the charity’s partners across the United Kingdom.
Adhering to Covid-19 regulations, the cookalong will be produced by Brandfuel and streamed live from Corrigan’s restaurant in London’s Piccadilly, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, with Richard preparing his iconic shellfish cocktail, treacle soda bread and his perfect Christmas ham.
